Apartment:
The apartment has a total surface of 61 m², it can accommodate 1 to 3 people.
This suite is entirely independent of the house with its outside access which opens onto a 30 m² terrace with views of the wood.
You have :
- a large living room of 26m² with a small "empire" bed of 80 x 2000, dresser, table, desk with internet connection and television.
- a large bathroom with sink, shower and bath.
- a separate toilet.
- a small fitted kitchen.
- a large bedroom of 17m² with a 180 x 200 bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, television and internet connection.
Prices :
5% reduction between 4 and 7 days and 10% from 7 days on the price indicated below.
The tourist tax is included but breakfast is at an additional cost of € 10 per person per day.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge with the use of a cot.
10 € extra per day for the third person.
Reservation conditions:
The reservation will be effective upon obtaining a deposit of 30% with a minimum of one night.
Terms of cancelation :
- 30 days before the date, full refund.
- Less than 30 days before the date, deposits are not refunded.
- In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponds to the total cost of the stay.
Payment methods:
The full balance of your stay will be requested upon arrival.
- By bank check, transfer or cash.
Conditions of stay:
- We regret that we cannot accommodate your pets.
- Our room is non smoking.
- For security reasons, we cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility.
- No table d'hôtes, but many restaurants can be found in Le Bugue.
- A parking space is reserved for you on the property.
- Towels and sheets are provided.
